Supply of Uniforms for State Function Celebrations 2026-27

The Services and General Administration Department, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), Muzaffarabad, invites sealed bids for the supply of uniforms for State Function Celebrations for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at ensuring the timely availability of quality uniforms for official events and ceremonies held throughout the year in Muzaffarabad and other designated locations. Items being procured: - Uniforms for State Function Celebrations (as per tender serial 142) The technical scope includes the supply of uniforms as per the specifications and quantities detailed in the tender documents. Bidders must ensure that the uniforms meet the required standards for fabric, stitching, and design, suitable for formal state functions. The supply is to be completed within the stipulated time frame, and all items must be delivered to the designated location in Muzaffarabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. A bid security of Rs. 55,000 (in the form of CDR/Pay Order) is mandatory and must be attached with the bid. Bidders are required to submit their bids in a sealed envelope by 22 September 2026, 11:00 AM, at the office of the undersigned in Muzaffarabad. Late submissions will not be entertained. The bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
