Hiring of Firm for Provision of Supporting Staff Services for Strategic Management Unit School Education Department

The School Education Department through its Strategic Management Unit (SMU) in Lahore, Punjab, is inviting bids for the hiring of a firm to provide supporting staff services. This procurement is aimed at engaging a well-reputed firm or company registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, SECP, and other tax departments. The contract period is for the financial year 2026-27, extendable for one year subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements. Items being procured: - Provision of services of supporting staff for Strategic Management Unit (SMU), School Education Department The procurement will be executed through a framework contract on an as-and-when-required basis, governed by unit rates quoted by the successful bidder. The bidding documents specify the required staff categories, minimum qualification criteria, and detailed Terms of Reference (TORs). The complete electronic bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have relevant experience in provision of similar services. The bid security required is 5% of the estimated cost, payable via CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in the name of Project Director, SMU. Joint ventures are not allowed. The technical and financial bids must be submitted by **27th July 2026 at 11:00 AM**, with the technical bid opening at **11:30 AM** the same day. Bidders should ensure all financial bid forms are fully completed as incomplete bids will be declared non-responsive.
