Hiring of Firm for Topographic Survey for Projects of Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab (IDAP)

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible firms for the hiring of a firm to conduct topographic surveys for various projects under the authority. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules 2014 (amended to date). Items being procured: - Topographic survey services for projects of Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab (IDAP) The scope involves detailed topographic surveys essential for infrastructure development projects managed by IDAP. The selected firm will be responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive survey data to support project planning and execution. This is a framework contract, indicating ongoing requirements over the contract period. Eligible firms must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. The response time is calculated from the date of advertisement publication on the authority's website. EOI proposals must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 03rd November 2026 by 03:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM on the portal. Proposals submitted by any other means will not be considered. If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration and submission on the e-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification.
