Hiring of Firm for Valuation of KPCTA Properties

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority (KPCTA) invites eligible firms, companies, and service providers to submit electronic bids for hiring a firm to conduct valuation of KPCTA properties. This procurement is managed through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under National Competitive Bidding (NCB). Items being procured: - Hiring of a firm for valuation of KPCTA properties The scope involves professional valuation services for the Authority's properties located in Peshawar. Bidders must have valid registration certificates from a legally recognized professional body, FBR (NTN & KPRA/SRTN Certificate), and if a company, an SECP Certificate. Firms must be active on the Active Taxpayer List. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 5th November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. No hard copies of bidding documents are required. The Procurement Committee will open bids on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be accepted. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the quoted amount is required as bid security in favor of the KPCTA Fund Account. The original CDR must be submitted to the KPCTA office by the bid submission deadline, while a scanned copy must be uploaded on EPADS. Bidding documents can be obtained from the undersigned's office during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 or downloaded free of cost from EPADS, KPPRA, and KPCTA websites. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 26th October 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in the KPCTA conference hall. Bidders must submit an affidavit on stamp paper, duly attested by a notary public, affirming the correctness of the information provided in the bidding documents. The KPCTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules 2014. For bidders, it is crucial to ensure timely electronic submission and to attend the pre-bid meeting to clarify any queries.
