Hiring of Firms for Establishment and Operation of English Medium College and Community Center in Islamabad on Revenue Sharing Basis

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Islamabad invites proposals from private sector firms for the hiring related to the establishment and operation of two key projects on a gross revenue sharing partnership basis in Islamabad. These projects include the establishment and operation of an English Medium College in Sector G-14/2 and a state-of-the-art Community Center in Sector G-13/4. Both projects are under concession arrangements as per PID No:(1)1632/26 published on 20-08-2026 with tender numbers TS0000011873E and TS0000011875E respectively. Items being procured: - Establishment and operation of a state-of-the-art English Medium College in Sector G-14/2 - Establishment and operation of a state-of-the-art Community Center in Sector G-13/4 These projects require experienced firms capable of managing educational and community facilities on a revenue-sharing basis, ensuring quality service delivery and operational excellence. The scope includes all necessary infrastructure, staffing, and management to run these facilities effectively. Eligibility criteria include proven experience in similar projects, compliance with FBR and ATL registration requirements, and adherence to PPRA rules. Earnest Money and bid security details are as per the original tender documents. The deadline for submission of bids has been extended to 23rd September 2026 by 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the FGEHA office in Islamabad.
