Pakistan International Airlines Company Limited (PIACL), headquartered in Karachi, invites sealed bids from quality hotels in London, UK, for the hiring of hotel services to accommodate its Cabin Crew. The contract is intended to provide lodging facilities for approximately 10-14 rooms per day for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension for two additional one-year terms upon mutual consent. The scope includes provision of rooms with specific standards such as minimum room size, bedding quality, bathroom facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, fire safety measures, and other amenities tailored to meet the needs of airline crew members. The hotel must also provide medical assistance services and maintain a complaint management system.
