Tender Description

The Sukkur Water and Sewerage Corporation (SW&SC), a government entity under the Local Government & HTP Department of Sindh, is procuring services for hiring a Human Resource Management (HRM) firm to fill vacant positions within its organization in Sukkur city. This procurement is aimed at engaging a reputed and experienced HR firm to manage recruitment processes in compliance with Government of Sindh rules and applicable laws. The scope includes advising and facilitating recruitment for approved positions, developing standardized recruitment procedures, advertising vacancies, managing applications, conducting screening, shortlisting, testing including written, aptitude, technical, and psychometric assessments, and presenting merit-based shortlists. The firm will also conduct comprehensive background checks including academic verification, experience, references, and criminal record checks. Maintaining a complete recruitment database and ensuring confidentiality and data protection are also key responsibilities. Eligible firms must have a minimum of five years' experience in similar services, valid registrations with FBR and SRB, audited financial statements for the last three years with an average annual turnover of at least PKR 50 million, and relevant past experience with local government HR services. Valid certifications such as SST, EOBI, and Social Security registration are mandatory. The bid security of PKR 100,000 and tender fee of PKR 3,000 must be submitted as per SPPRA rules.
