Hiring of Janitorial/Cleaning Services for PCMMDC for FY 2026-2027

Punjab Cattle Market Management and Development Company (PCMMDC) invites bids from eligible bidders for hiring janitorial and cleaning services for the fiscal year 2026-2027 under a framework contract. The procurement will be conducted through an open competitive bidding process electronically via the E-Procurement website under rule 38(2-a) of PPR-14 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with least cost selection method. Bidders must upload their technical and financial bids in PDF format along with all required supporting documents. Bids must be submitted online through the E-Procurement portal (ep.punjab.gov.pk) by Wednesday, 09 September 2026 at 02:00 PM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the PCMMDC head office. The bid validity period is ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening. Incomplete or conditional bids will not be considered.
