Hiring of Mechanical Services for Fabrication & Installation of Steel Structure Workshop

Uraan Pakistan invites sealed quotations for hiring mechanical services specifically for the fabrication and installation of a steel structure workshop with an approximate weight of 5000 metric tons. This procurement is aimed at contractors capable of handling large-scale steel structure works with precision and technical expertise. Items being procured: - Fabrication & Installation of Steel Structure Workshop (Weight: 5000 Metric Tons Approx.) The technical scope includes comprehensive fabrication and installation tasks at the designated site, requiring contractors to demonstrate experience in handling heavy steel structures and adherence to quality standards. A pre-bid technical meeting along with a site visit is scheduled to clarify technical queries and allow bidders to assess the site conditions. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 03.11.2026 at 10:30 Hrs, followed by a site visit from 04.11.2026 to 06.11.2026 until 10:00 Hrs daily. Tender documents containing detailed technical specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on written request from Monday to Friday upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000 via Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Tender Fee Fund. No tender documents will be sold on the date of opening. Interested contractors must submit quotations along with 2% bid earnest money by 11.11.2026 till 10:00 Hrs in a separate envelope to the Director (Procurement) office. Bids will be publicly opened at 10:30 Hrs on 12.11.2026. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of the names of representatives for the site visit at least three working days before the commencement date to facilitate smooth coordination.
