Hiring Non-Consulting Services for Printing of Recording & Reporting Tools for ICT Health Facilities

The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination Islamabad invites sealed bids for hiring non-consulting services specifically for the printing of recording and reporting tools for ICT health facilities under the World Bank funded project titled National Health Support Project for Ensuring Universal Health Coverage in Federating Areas. This procurement is open to eligible bidders registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS), possessing valid Income and Sales Tax registration and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Items being procured: - Printing of Recording & Reporting Tools for ICT Health Facilities The complete set of RFQ documents including description, purchaser requirements, technical specifications, and detailed terms and conditions are available free of cost on the websites of PPRA, Ministry of NHSR&C, and e-PADS. Suppliers can quote for required specified goods or equivalent specifications but must quote for the entire quantities. Bids must be accompanied by earnest money of Rs. 256,500 in the form of Bank Draft, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque in the name of Project Director, NHSP, Ministry of NHSR&C. Earnest money must be delivered to the address above within 15 days of advertisement publication. Bids will be opened on the same day at NHSP Office, Ministry of NHSR&C, Meeting Room, Plot no 207, Main Service Road, I-10/3, Islamabad, in the presence of suppliers or their representatives. Evaluation will follow the Open Competitive Bidding method in accordance with the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018. The lowest responsive and qualified bid will be incorporated in the Contract and Purchase Order. Bids must remain valid for at least 90 days from submission date and include all applicable local taxes, duties, insurance, transportation, cess, fees, demurrages, and other mandatory services on DDP basis with segregation of taxes in columnar form as per RFQ document.
