Procurement of Crockery and Kitchen Equipment for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center

The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) in Lahore invites bids for the procurement of crockery and kitchen equipment. Items being procured: - Lot #1: Crockery, Cutlery & Kitchen Equipment - Lot #2: Commercial Dough Kneader & Commercial Hand Blender The procurement involves supply of quality crockery and kitchen equipment suitable for institutional use at PKLI&RC. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 1st October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies are not required. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost submitted electronically. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain Department at PKLI&RC during office hours from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 21st September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Supply Chain Conference Hall. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next working day will be treated as the closing date. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
