Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites bids for the hiring of office accommodation on lease for its Sub Zonal Office located in Bhan Saeedabad, Hyderabad region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to secure suitable rental premises to support the operational needs of the department in this area.

- Rental premises for Sub Zonal Office at Bhan Saeedabad
- Premises must have at least 2 to 3 rooms
- Additional room or storage space is considered an added advantage
- Admeasuring area between 1500 to 5000 square feet
- Premises must have sufficient parking area
The scope of work includes providing a suitable office space that meets the specified size and room requirements, with adequate parking facilities to accommodate staff and visitors. The premises will serve as a functional administrative office for SSGC in the Hyderabad region.
