Hiring Services of Outsourced Firm to Provide Account Assistants to Islamabad Electric Supply Company

Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) is inviting bids for hiring the services of an outsourced firm (3rd party) to provide skilled Account Assistants on an on-need basis across multiple locations including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, and Jhelum. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to fulfill the manpower requirements of IESCO’s power distribution operations serving over 4 million consumers. Items being procured: - Account Assistant (Skilled category) with a maximum requirement of 101 personnel distributed as Islamabad (47), Rawalpindi (23), Attock (9), Chakwal (12), and Jhelum (10). The scope involves providing qualified and experienced account staff to support IESCO’s financial and administrative functions. Bidders must be registered on E-PADS v2.0 and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The contract requires submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, or Call Deposit valid for 180 days plus 28 days beyond bid validity. Eligibility criteria include NTN, ICAP, GST, PST, active tax payer status, EOBI, social security, insurance registration, positive net worth, and no litigation or blacklisting history.
