Hiring of Outsourced Security Guards, Junior Computer Operators and Technical Staff

The University of Education Lahore invites e-procurement bids under PPRA Rules for the hiring of outsourced personnel on a LOT wise basis. The procurement is open to firms, companies, or sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax). Items being procured: - Security Services (73 staff) with an estimated cost of Rs. 43.09195 Million - Junior Computer Operators (15 staff) with an estimated cost of Rs. 13.1015 Million - Electrician (1 staff) - Plumber (1 staff) The scope includes provision of outsourced security guards, junior computer operators, and technical staff including electrician and plumber for the University of Education Lahore. Bidders must be registered and comply with all relevant tax and registration requirements. Bidding will be conducted through e-procurement on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications are available free of cost on the PPRA and University websites. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost, deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper along with bid documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to request original affidavits for physical verification if necessary. The bid opening will be held on 22-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with the closing time for submission at 10:30 AM on the same day. Bid validity is 90 days.
