Hiring Services of Photocopier and Binding Services on Contractual Basis

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Sukkur invites reputable firms/vendors registered with FBR and SRB for hiring photocopier and binding services on a contractual basis through the E-PADS system. The contract is for photocopying and binding services to be provided at NAB Sukkur office located on Airport Road, Sukkur. Items being procured: - Hiring of photocopier services - Binding services The contract period is one year, extendable for two more years based on performance. The contractor must supply 80 gram paper, toner, and consumable parts without charges. They must provide three new heavy-duty photocopy machines with 110 cpm or higher speed (with ADF) and two operators during office hours. The contractor is responsible for maintenance, backup machines in case of faults, and ensuring security and secrecy of government documents. Billing will be done on approved requisition forms signed by officers. Payments will be made through government cheque issued by District Accounts Office, Sukkur. Eligibility requires firms to be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, registered with SRB under Sindh Sales Tax on Services Act 2011, and to submit a refundable security money pay order of Rs. 50,000 in favor of NAB Sukkur. Tenderers must upload valid CNIC copies, NTN certificates, and sales tax registration numbers on E-PADS. Offers must be submitted and opened via E-PADS software. The tender opening date and time will be selected by E-PADS. In case of holidays, the opening will be on the next working day. NAB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
