Hiring Services of Photocopier and Binding Services on Contractual Basis through E-PADS

The National Accountability Bureau Sukkur invites reputable firms and vendors registered with Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) for hiring photocopier and binding services on a contractual basis. The services are required for the NAB office located near Sukkur IBA University, Airport Road, Sukkur. Interested bidders must be registered under Sindh Sales Tax on Services Act 2011 for photocopier services. Items being procured: - Photocopier services - Binding services The tender process is conducted through the E-PADS electronic procurement system. Bidders must submit a single envelope offer uploaded on E-PADS. A refundable Pay Order of Rs. 50,000 as security money is required in the name of NAB Sukkur. Offers must be delivered to the office of the Deputy Director (Gen) NAB Sukkur by 1100 hrs on the closing date, after which the system will automatically lock submissions. Tender opening will be done by the Tender Committee via E-PADS on the specified date and time. In case of holidays or other delays, the tender will be opened on the next working day. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions available at the NAB Sukkur office during working hours (Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1230 hrs). The NAB authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. For successful participation, ensure timely submission of bids through E-PADS with the required security money. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
