Rate Contract for Hiring of Photocopy Services

The National Accountability Bureau Lahore invites bids for a rate contract for hiring photocopy services for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for NAB Lahore located at NAB Complex, Thokar Niaz Baig, Multan Road, Lahore. The tender follows PPRA Rules 2004, 36(a) under a Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure, and only bidders applying through ePADS will be considered. Items being procured: - Photocopy services for the entire Financial Year 2026-2027 The scope includes providing continuous photocopy services at NAB Lahore premises. The technically qualified and most advantageous firm will be responsible for delivering these services throughout the contract period. Tender documents can be obtained free of cost from the General Section of NAB Lahore during working hours or downloaded from PPRA and NAB websites. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be general order suppliers, dealers, or government contractors registered with NTN, GST No, PRA, and ePADS with active taxpayer status as per FBR records. An earnest money deposit of Rs. 200,000 in the form of CDR, demand draft, or pay order in favor of Additional Director (Admn) NAB Lahore must reach NAB Complex before tender opening, failing which bids will be rejected. The bid submission deadline is 23rd July 2026 by 1100 hours, with opening at 1130 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders. NAB Lahore reserves the right to cancel any or all bids under PPRA Rules.
