Tender Description
The National Accountability Bureau Lahore is seeking qualified firms for the hiring of photocopy services at its NAB Complex Thokar Niaz Baig, Accountability Courts, and other designated places in Lahore. This contract is valid for one year until 30.06.2027 and may be extended for the next financial year 2027-2028 subject to fund availability and vendor consent.
Items being procured:
- Photocopy services with 70gm A4 and F4 paper
- Provision of at least three high capacity photocopier machines (50+ CPM)
- Dedicated operator and photocopier (55 CPM) in C Block of NAB Complex
- Operators and photocopy mechanics for daily visits
- Repair and maintenance of photocopiers by the service provider
- Additional photocopiers and operators in emergencies
The scope includes providing uninterrupted photocopy services during office hours and on demand during Sundays and holidays. The contractor must ensure confidentiality of documents, prohibit electronic gadgets in the copying area, and maintain smooth machine operation. Erroneous copies must not be taken from designated places. The bidder must comply with NAB instructions regarding paper supply, which may be provided by the bidder or sourced from NAB stores. Machines must be repaired or replaced immediately if out of order to avoid inconvenience. Monthly penalties apply if machines remain nonfunctional for more than four days.
Eligibility criteria include NTN and GST registration, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Punjab Revenue Authority registration, non-blacklisting certificate, and at least two years of relevant experience. Earnest money of Rs. 200,000 is required in the name of Additional Director (Admn). The bidder must provide full particulars of deployed operators and notify any changes.
The contract requires strict adherence to secrecy and operational guidelines. Payment will be made monthly through crossed cheque by AGPR Lahore after verification by the Store In-Charge. No advance payments are allowed. Taxes will be deducted at source as per government rules.
The submission deadline and detailed submission address are not specified in the notice. Bidders should prepare their technical and financial bids carefully, ensuring all required certificates and earnest money are included. A practical tip for bidders is to maintain all photocopiers in excellent working condition and have backup machines ready to avoid penalties and ensure contract compliance.
