Hiring of Private Security Staff for CPGCL Guddu 2026-2027

Central Power Generation Company Ltd. (CPGCL) invites bids for the hiring of private security staff from a well reputed security firm to ensure the security and safety of CPGCL Guddu for a period of one year (365 days) covering 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Hiring of Private Security Staff for CPGCL Guddu for one year The scope includes providing professional security personnel with credible experience and registration with income tax and sales tax departments. Participating firms must submit profiles demonstrating their track record and experience in similar security services. Eligibility criteria require firms to be renowned private security agencies registered with relevant tax authorities. A fixed bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of call deposit, bank draft, or bank guarantee (refundable) drawn in favor of Central Power Generation Company Ltd. is mandatory. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 36(b), with proposals to be submitted electronically on the e-pad. The last date for issuing tender documents and receiving/opening of tenders is 22 September 2026, with issuance at 14:00 hrs and opening at 14:30 hrs respectively. The Chief Executive Officer, Genco-II TPS Guddu, reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA rule No.33 (1).
