Hiring of Firm for Security Services for Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Sargodha Division

The Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Sargodha Division invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-procurement system at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk for the hiring of a firm to provide security services for various institutions under its jurisdiction for the financial year 2026-27 (October 2026 to June 2027). Eligible firms or companies engaged in security services and registered with relevant authorities are invited to participate. Items being procured: - Three (3) security staff for Shelter Home Sargodha - Three (3) security staff for Shelter Home Khushab - Three (3) security staff for Shelter Home Mianwali - Three (3) security staff for Shelter Home Bhakhar - Three (3) security staff for Children Home (Male) Sargodha - Three (3) security staff for Children Home (Female) Sargodha - Three (3) security staff for Women Transitional Home Sargodha The total quantity required is 21 security personnel. The total estimated cost including all applicable taxes and charges is Rs. 10,395,000 with a bid security of 3% amounting to Rs. 311,850. The monthly rate per security staff is Rs. 55,000. The scope includes provision of security services at multiple shelter and children homes across the Sargodha division. Qualification and eligibility criteria including PEC category, FBR/ATL registration, and experience requirements are detailed in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit electronic bids accompanied by online bid security as per the e-procurement system rules. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the office of the Divisional Director, SW&BM, 5x New Satellite Town Sargodha.
