Hiring of Four Pump Operators Cum Chowkidars for JPCL Water Sewage Plants Residential Colony Jamshoro

Jamshoro Power Company Limited (JPCL) invites bids for the hiring of a firm or contractor to supply four (04) pump operators cum chowkidars for JPCL Water Sewage Plants located in the Residential Colony Jamshoro. This procurement is specifically for manpower services to support the operational needs of the water sewage plants. Items being procured: - Hiring of Four (04) Nos. Pump Operators Cum Chowkidars for JPCL Water Sewage Plants for a period of 3 months The contract requires the provision of manpower for 360 man-days with a daily rate of Rs. 1990 per person. The scope includes 8 hours duty per day, six days a week, with one unpaid weekly rest day. The contractor must ensure emergency OPD facility during duty hours and maintain good conduct and safety protocols for workers. Transportation to and from duty place is the contractor's responsibility. Casual and sick leave will be allowed on a pro-rata basis. Termination requires a 15-day notice period. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and SST, possess NTN certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). A 5% earnest money of the estimated cost is mandatory. The work completion period is 6 months from the issuance of the work order. The bid must cover minimum wages as per the Labour and Human Resource Department notification.
