Hiring of Rental Machinery for Bahawalpur Waste Management Company (BWMC) Under Framework Contract FY 2026-27

Bahawalpur Waste Management Company (BWMC) invites bids from eligible bidders for the hiring of rental machinery under a framework contract for the fiscal year 2026-27. The bidding process will be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System with a Single Stage One Envelope procedure ensuring least cost method. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed to participate. Items being procured: - Chain Dozer (1 vehicle, 280 hours) - Excavator Machine 130-140 HP (1 vehicle, 110 hours) - Tractor Loader (1 vehicle, 40 hours) - Hydraulic Tractor Trolley (7 vehicles, 500 hours) Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. Bid Security amounting to 3% of the estimated price must be submitted online as per Punjab e-Procurement guidelines. Completed bids must be submitted online via Punjab e-Procurement System by 1100 hours on October 31, 2026.
