Hiring of Rental Machinery Services for Secondary Waste Collection in Multan City and Multan Saddar

Suthra Punjab Agency Multan invites well-reputed and experienced firms, companies, contractors, and suppliers registered with relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments to submit bids for hiring rental machinery services for secondary waste collection per tone per KM model for self operations after termination of the contract agreement in Multan City and Multan Saddar as per PPRA Rules 2014 FY 2026-27. Items being procured: - Hiring of rental machinery services for secondary waste collection per tone per KM model - Quantity of waste: 182,000 Tons - Estimated price: Rs. 273,000,000/- - Bid security: Rs. 5,460,000/- (Refundable) The scope includes providing machinery services for efficient secondary waste collection across Multan City and Multan Saddar. Bidders must demonstrate financial soundness and relevant experience to deliver the required services. The bidding will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. A bid security of Rs. 5,460,000/- (approx. 2%) must be attached with the technical bid in the form of Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, CDR, or Pay Order in favor of Suthra Punjab Agency Multan. Bids without security will be rejected. Proposals must be submitted on or before 16th November 2026, no later than 11:30 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Proposals will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Any proposals received through other modes will not be considered. If the last submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
