Provision of Vehicles on Dry and Wet Lease Basis including Trucks, Buses, Vans, Cranes, Ambulances and Motorcycles

Northern Areas Transport Corporation (NATCO) invites sealed bids from reputable, registered, financially sound, and experienced transport contractors, fleet operators, and service providers for the provision of vehicles on Dry and/or Wet Lease Basis to meet its operational requirements across Pakistan. Items being procured: - Mini Trucks - Medium Trucks - Heavy Trucks - Prime Movers - Tankers - Tippers - Flatbeds - Passenger Buses - Coasters - Luxury Coaches - Hiace Vans - Forklifts - Mobile Cranes - Water/Fuel Bowsers - Ambulances - Motorcycles - Other operational vehicles/assets as per bidding documents The scope includes leasing vehicles on dry or wet basis to support NATCO's transport needs. The contract is initially for one year, extendable by mutual consent. Bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience and demonstrate financial capacity through audited statements. Earnest Money of Rs. 2,000,000/- in the form of Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, or Demand Draft is required. Valid NTN, tax registrations, and business registration must be submitted. Bids will be opened on 24th November 2026 at NATCO Head Office, Gilgit. Tender documents are available from NATCO Head Office Gilgit and NATCO Islamabad office for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000/- deposited into NATCO account PK36ALFH0119001003485687-NATCO. Cash payments are not accepted. Firms downloading documents from the NATCO website must attach the original deposit receipt with their Technical Proposal.
