Hiring of Security Firm Services with Armed Supervisors and Guards

The Ministry of Industries & Production through the Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (PITAC) Lahore invites bids for the hiring of security firm services. The security personnel must be medically fit ex-servicemen from Pakistan Army, below 50 years, with verified police clearance and proper licensing. The firm must provide uniforms, badges, boots, and other security gear as specified. The contract requires strict compliance with statutory obligations including payment of minimum federal wages, taxes, and social security contributions. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, registration certificates, armed licenses, and proven experience with similar contracts over the last three years. Bidders must submit a tender participation fee of Rs. 2000 and a bid security of 3% of the total quoted value.
