Hiring of Security Firm Services for 425/525 MW CCPP Nandipur Gujranwala

Northern Power Generation Company Limited (NPGCL) invites sealed bids from qualified Security Contractors, Firms, or Agencies capable of providing Security Personnel for deployment at the 425/525 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) located in Nandipur, Gujranwala. This procurement is conducted under a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 27 (b) and the PPRA Rules 2026. Items being procured: - Provision of Security Personnel for 425/525 MW CCPP Nandipur, Gujranwala The scope includes deployment of trained security staff to ensure safety and security at the power plant site. Bidders must be registered and experienced in security services, with valid FBR registration and must comply with all regulatory requirements. A Bid Security of Rs.3,000,000.00 in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of NPGCL (GENCO-III) is mandatory. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) 2.0 portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through EPADS 2.0. No manual bids will be accepted. The deadline for bid submission is **20 October 2026 at 11:30 hours**. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours in the office of Manager (Supply Chain), TPS Muzaffargarh.
