Hiring of Security Firm for Providing Security Services to Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar

Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP) invites e-tenders on EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure of KPPRA Rule 2014 from valid licensed security companies with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. The procurement is for hiring a security firm/company to provide uniformed security guards equipped with 29 units of 12 Bore Short Guns (Automatic) on 12-hour shifts. These guards will be deployed at the WSSP Head Office, zonal offices, parking yards, and land fill sites within the jurisdiction of WSSP Peshawar. Items being procured: - Hiring of uniformed Security Guards (29 Nos with 12 Bore Short Gun Automatic) on 12 Hours shift The contract duration is one year, extendable based on mutual agreement and satisfactory performance. Bidders must be registered and licensed security firms with valid licenses from the Ministry of Interior and KP Government. A 2% CDR of the total bid price along with an affidavit regarding original 2% CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked accordingly. Bids must be submitted and uploaded through EPADS only by the deadline. Interested bidders should register on the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration before submitting bids. A non-refundable fee of PKR 3000/- payable to WSSP A/C Bank of Khyber Phase 3 Chowk Hayatabad Peshawar must be deposited immediately after advertisement publication, with the deposit slip submitted before the closing date. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20th October 2026 at 3:30 pm in the WSSP conference room. Bids will be opened publicly on 27th October 2026 at 11:30 am. The uploaded bids must be signed and stamped by an authorized person. All federal and provincial duties, taxes including KPRA taxes, will be recoverable as per government directives. The competent authority reserves the right to reject or cancel any or all tenders with reasons communicated upon request. For submission, bids must be uploaded via EPADS only.
