Hiring of Security Guards at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan Garden Campus

Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the hiring of security guards at designated places of the Garden Campus in Mardan. This procurement is aimed at engaging professional security services from registered and eligible firms to ensure the safety and security of university premises and personnel. Items being procured: - Hiring of 35 Security Guards The contract involves provision of security services at various designated locations within the Garden Campus. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including FBR and KPRA, and must be active on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Additionally, registration with the All Pakistan Security Agencies Association (APSAA) is mandatory. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure, requiring submission of both Technical and Financial Bids. Interested firms must submit a bid security of 2% of the quoted annual bid cost in the form of an original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, payable to the Treasurer Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order is also required. Tender documents must be duly signed and stamped by the bidder. Technical bids and financial bids must be uploaded on EPADS portal (www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk). However, the original Demand Draft/Pay Order for the tender fee and the 2% CDR must be physically submitted to the Procurement Office by 11:00 AM on October 5th, 2026. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM.
