Tender Description
The Embassy of Pakistan in Dublin invites eligible and experienced cleaning service providers legally authorised to operate in Ireland to submit bids for the provision of professional cleaning services at its office premises in Dublin. This contract is for a one-year period starting on or about 15 October 2026, subject to award and approval. Items being procured:
- Daily sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of office floors and common areas
- Dusting and cleaning of desks, furniture, accessible surfaces, doors and fixtures
- Cleaning and sanitisation of toilets, washrooms and associated fixtures
- Cleaning of reception, corridors, stairways and entrance/common areas
- Cleaning of kitchen/pantry and refreshment areas
- Emptying of waste bins and appropriate segregation/disposal of office waste
- Cleaning of internal glass and other accessible surfaces as reasonably required
- Periodic deep cleaning of carpets/floors and other areas as reasonably required
- Provision of ordinary cleaning equipment, chemicals and consumables unless excluded in the financial bid
- Additional cleaning associated with official meetings/events within agreed scope
- Provision of a responsible supervisor/contact person for coordination with the Mission
The scope requires reliable, professional, and regular cleaning services maintaining a hygienic and presentable environment in compliance with Irish legal, employment, health and safety, and waste management standards. Eligibility criteria include legal authorisation to operate in Ireland, relevant office/commercial cleaning experience, adequate staffing and supervision, compliance with employment and insurance requirements, and no blacklisting or insolvency. Bidders must submit signed bid forms, company registration, profiles, references, insurance evidence, methodology, financial proposals, and declarations.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes in person by 30 September 2026 at 1100 hours. The Embassy is located at 14 Clyde Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documentation is complete and responsive to avoid disqualification at the initial evaluation stage. The evaluation will consider eligibility, experience, staffing, quality assurance, and financial proposal with a 90-day bid validity. No bid security or performance security is required.
