Hiring of Security Guards for PITAC Regional Centre Gilgit Baltistan

The Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (PITAC), Ministry of Industries & Production, is procuring security guard services for its Regional Centre located in Gilgit Baltistan. This procurement is specifically for hiring armed security guards, preferably ex-Army personnel, to provide round-the-clock security on 12-hour shifts. The contract also requires submission of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual security reports to PITAC authorities. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, hold a valid NTN, and possess a license from the Home/Labour Department for private security services. Experience of at least three years in similar contracts is mandatory along with submission of audited financial statements, police clearance certificates, and proof of service tax registration. Bidders involved in litigation with government entities will be disqualified. The tender was published on 11th May 2026 and bids must be submitted electronically via the federal PPRA EPADS portal by 1st June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. A non-refundable tender participation fee of Rs. 2000 and a bid security of 3% of the quoted value are required. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder.
