Hiring of Security Services

The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Sukkur is inviting sealed percentage/item rate tenders for the hiring of security services. This procurement is specifically for security services at the university premises in Sukkur, Sindh. The tender is issued by the Directorate of Finance at the university. Items being procured: - Hiring of Security Services The scope of work involves providing professional security services for a period of 90 days. The contractor must ensure continuous security coverage and maintain a high standard of vigilance and safety at the university. The tender fee is Rs. 2000 and earnest money is 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 126,350. Tender documents can be purchased from the Directorate of Finance office or downloaded from the SPPRA website and the university website upon payment of the non-refundable fee. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, registration with the Sindh Revenue Board if applicable, and Pakistan Engineering Council registration if required. Bidders must have at least 15 years of experience providing security services to reputed organizations including universities. Additionally, bidders should have successfully completed at least five similar projects in the last three years and must currently be providing security services to at least three universities on a continuous basis. The last date for submission of bids is 17-08-2026 up to 11:30 a.m. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS and hard copies including the original call deposit must be delivered to the Directorate of Finance office. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Any conditional or incomplete bids or those without required earnest money will be rejected. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documents are attested by a gazetted government officer (grade 17 or above) with a name stamp, as documents without proper attestation will not be considered.
