Tender Description
The Govt Secondary School of Special Education (HI-Boys) Bahawalpur invites sealed bids through e-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPRA Rules) for hiring of Security Services (Armed Security Guards). Bidders must be duly registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Items being procured:
- Security Guard services for the entire contract period
The firm must provide armed security guards with type/caliber of weapons and ammunition as per tender requirements. The contract includes provision of security services for the safety and security of students, staff, buses, assets, and the school building. The firm must clearly mention the monthly rate per security guard inclusive of all applicable taxes. Minimum salary rates for security guards for educational institutions for 8-hour shifts as fixed by the Government of Punjab must be ensured. Firms blacklisted or debarred by PPRA will be disqualified. Successful bidders must provide a refundable performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price before issuance of the service order.
Bids must be uploaded on or before 2nd September 2026 at 11:00 AM on the e-Procurement Punjab portal and PPRA website. Bids should be accompanied by a Bid Security of 5% (PKR 67,500) in the form of 1LINK/1Bill with the technical bid. Affidavit on appropriate value stamp paper and tender form must be submitted through reliable post or by hand to the office of the Principal, Govt Secondary School of Special Education (HI-Boys), Bahawalpur.
