Hiring of Security Services for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority Offices

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) invites sealed bids for hiring the services of a Security Company registered with SECP for provision of security services at its offices located in different regions across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows a single stage one envelope procedure and is open to eligible bidders registered with FBR and KPRA. Items being procured: - Security services for KPRA offices in various regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa The scope includes comprehensive security provision at KPRA offices, ensuring safety and protection of personnel and assets. Interested bidders must be registered with SECP, FBR, and KPRA. A bid security of 2% of the bid price in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Director General, KPRA is mandatory. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 24th August 2026 at 14:00 hours in the conference room of KPRA Headquarters, Phase-3 Chowk, Hayatabad, Peshawar, to clarify any queries regarding the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs). Bids must be submitted online only through the KPRA EPADS e-procurement system by 11:30 AM on 1st September 2026. Electronic bid opening will take place at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at KPRA Headquarters. Successful bidders will be liable to pay all applicable taxes in vogue. Bidders are advised to ensure timely online submission and compliance with all bid security and registration requirements to avoid disqualification.
