Tender Description
The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Division) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the comprehensive procurement, installation, and operation & maintenance of fire fighting systems at its Regional Office Building in Multan. This procurement covers the supply and installation of a complete fire hydrant system and fire alarm system, along with a contract for operation and maintenance services for three years. The scope includes the following items:
- MS Pipe Schedule 40 (65mm) - 120 Rft
- Landing Valve flange type Brass 2.5" - 3 Nos.
- Gate Valve (65mm) Kitz - 1 No.
- Fire Hose Pipe 100ft Syntax Germany with male/female coupling and nozzle - 5 Nos.
- Fire Hydrant Pump 100GPM Jockey with Auto Control Panel and Pressure Switch, Header Gauge complete - 1 No.
- Fire Nozzle Multi-purpose - 3 Nos.
- Fire Extinguisher CO2 (3KG) - 12 Nos.
- Fire Extinguisher Halotron (6KG) - 12 Nos.
- Calibrated Gauge 15 bar - 8 Nos.
- Tee elbow hanging support, excavation, installation etc. - 1 Job
- Fire Alarm Control Panel (02 loop) Addressable - 1 No.
- Smoke Detector - 100 Nos.
- Heat Detector - 20 Nos.
- Sounder Flasher - 10 Nos.
- Manual Call Point - 10 Nos.
- Backup Batteries - 2 Nos.
- Fire Retardant wire 2 core 1.5mm (UL listed) - 1800 Mtrs
- Conduit Tee, elbow, joints etc. - 1 Job
- Testing, Commissioning installation - 1 Job
- Operation & Maintenance Services for three years (12 months each year with 10% rate increase for 2nd and 3rd years)
The contract requires bidders to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization code ME02 for Fire Detection and Suppression systems. Bidders must have executed at least two similar projects in the last three years and maintain office presence in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad for after-sales services. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by **Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM** and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline to the Office of the Departmental Head (Tendering), 3rd floor, NBP Head Office Building, Karachi.
