Hiring of Services for Developing Fixed Asset Register and Tagging of Fixed Assets at Jinnah Sindh Medical University Karachi

Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi invites qualified firms to submit bids for hiring professional services to develop and maintain a comprehensive Fixed Asset Register (FAR) along with physical verification and tagging of fixed assets across its campuses in Karachi. The assets include land, buildings, plant and machinery, electrical network, vehicles, furniture & fixtures, hospital & medical equipment, laboratory & radiology equipment, library books, computer & IT infrastructure, and office equipment. Items being procured: - Development of Fixed Asset Register reconciled with Books of Accounts and General Ledger - Physical verification and tagging of all assets with unique identification numbers (QR Code/Barcode) - Integration of asset data into SAP system - Preparation of detailed reports including discrepancies, impairment assessment, and recommendations The scope covers multiple JSMU locations including Main Campus, Campus 2, Diagnostic Lab & Blood Bank, Sindh Institute of Oral Health Sciences, Institute of Medical Technology Landhi, College of Nursing and Midwifery Valika, Boys & Girls Hostel and Staff Town, and other collection points in Karachi. The selected firm must comply with ICAP standards, IAS/IFRS, and applicable statutory requirements. The contract duration is six months from the date of work order issuance. Bidders must have at least 10 years of relevant experience, valid ICAP registration, NTN and Sales Tax registration, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. A bid security of Rs. 100,000 is required. Bids will be evaluated on technical and financial criteria under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. Technical evaluation includes office presence in Karachi, number of partners, years of experience, past projects, and financial turnover.
