Hiring of Services for Implementation and Execution of Sports Events

The Directorate of Sports Merged Areas invites technical and financial proposals from qualified local and national event management firms or service providers. The contract is for the framework hiring of services for implementation and execution of sports events. This includes organizing the events, providing refreshments, catering services, and printing of Panaflex banners. Items being procured: - Implementation and execution of sports events - Refreshments - Catering services - Printing of Panaflex banners The scope covers comprehensive event management services at the Directorate of Sports Merged Areas, located at Sports Complex, Stadium Road, Peshawar Cantt. The contract requires firms with at least 3 years of relevant experience in event management, particularly in sports events. Bidders must be registered with KPPRA, hold valid NTN and GST certificates, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Registration certificates from the Registrar of Firms (Form-H) and SECP registration must be provided where applicable. Proposals must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under National Competitive Bidding in accordance with KPPRA Rules, 2014. The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 14(2)(b) of KPPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders must clearly mention their postal address, valid email address, and active contact numbers. Separate bids must be submitted for each package with package-wise rates. A Bid Security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Director General of Sports, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is mandatory. The deadline for submission is on or before 19th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of the Directorate of Sports in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security (CDR) is correctly prepared and submitted as per the instructions, as failure to provide this will lead to disqualification.
