Hiring of Services for Implementation and Execution of Sports Events

The Directorate of Sports Merged Areas invites qualified local and national event management firms and service providers to submit technical and financial proposals for a framework contract. This contract is for the hiring of services for the implementation and execution of sports events in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Framework contract for hiring services for implementation and execution of sports events The scope includes comprehensive event management services covering all aspects of sports event execution. Bidders must be registered with KPPRA and possess valid NTN, GST certificates, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Registration certificates from the Registrar of Firms (Form-H) and SECP registration must be provided where applicable. Procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 14(2)(b) of the KPPRA Rules, 2014. Bidding documents can be downloaded from https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/tenders/Epadtenders or www.mergedareassports.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS on or before the deadline of 05th November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of the Directorate of Sports, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bidders must submit separate bids for each package and quote package-wise rates. Hard copies of bid proposals must also be submitted to the Directorate of Sports Merged Areas office at Peshawar. A Bid Security amounting to Rs.200,000/- in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Director General of Sports, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is mandatory. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules, 2014.
