Bolan Mining Enterprises (BME) invites renowned contractors, bidders, and companies registered with Sales Tax Department, Income Tax Department, and active on the FBR Taxpayer List to submit sealed bids/proposals for multiple supply and installation projects across Balochistan. The procurement covers a variety of technical and infrastructure works in Quetta, Khuzdar, Chaghi, and other districts. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of NVR CCTV for DPC Public Library - Supply and installation of Water Chillers and Solar Street Lights at Bazaar District - Supply and installation of 15 KW Solar System for Divisional Public Health School - Supply and installation of 20 KW Solar System for Elementary Girls College - Supply and installation of 33 KW Solar System for Nursing College - Supply and installation of 10 KW Solar System for Education Office - Construction of BHU for Pash Jhal and 10 KW Solar System - Drilling of 400 ft water bore and installation of solar system at Killi Kizai - Supply of study chairs and renovation works at Conference Hall of Jhalawan Medical College - Supply and installation of miscellaneous sports equipment (Badminton Court Complete Mat, shuttlecocks, Badminton & Table Tennis Rackets etc) for Officers & Official Club Dalbandin District Chaghi - Supply and installation of 10 KW Solar System and AC/DC Fans for Dar ul Falah Islamia Muslim Orphans Alamdar Road Quetta - Supply and installation of 5 KW Solar System and miscellaneous items for Tanzeem Idara Bahali Mustehqeen Quetta These projects involve supply and installation of electrical and solar equipment, civil construction, drilling works, and sports equipment supply. The scope includes detailed BOQ/SOW specifications for each location, ensuring quality and compliance with technical standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have valid PEC registration where applicable. Earnest money of 2% of the total bid value is required. Tender documents are available for PKR 5,000 each, payable via Pay Order or online through Allied Bank Ltd. Tender documents can be collected and bids submitted at BME House, 3 B & 8 B Model Town, Quetta. Collection dates are from 19-10-2026 to 26-10-2026 during working hours (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday). The bid submission deadline is on or before 03-11-2026 at 3:00 PM, with bid opening at 3:30 PM the same day.
