Provision of Sports Equipment to Kalu Khan Sport Areena

The Communication and Works Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its Executive Engineer C&W Division Swabi-II, invites electronic bids via the EPAD system under National Competitive Bidding rules 2014, amended up to 10-05-2026, using the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. The procurement is for the provision of sports equipment to the Kalu Khan Sport Areena under the Development Initiatives Funded by Tobacco Cess in Tobacco-Growing Regions (Block Provision for Projects to be funded from Tobacco Cess), ADP No. 250730 (PK-53). Items being procured: - Sports Equipment for Kalu Khan Sport Areena Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), hold valid NTN and Sales Tax (GST) registrations, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bid solicitation documents can be obtained from the office of the Procuring Entity upon submission of a formal application and payment of a non-refundable printing fee of Rs. 3,000/-. The documents must be obtained on or before closing hours on 28th October 2026. Bidders must submit valid proof of being a manufacturer, importer, or authorized dealer/supplier of gym and fitness equipment, as applicable. ISO 9001 Quality Management or ISO 20957 stationary training equipment safety standard certification is required. Bid evaluation will be based on item-wise selection. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 1,061,250/- in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued in favor of the undersigned. The complete details of the CDR must be submitted on the EPAD system. A pre-bid meeting will be held in the office of the undersigned on 20/10/2026 at 12:00 PM. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules, 2014. Incomplete, unsealed bids or those received after the closing time will not be entertained. Bids will be valid for a period of ninety (90) days. Any condition or instruction not specified herein shall be governed by the prevailing rules of KPPRA, as issued and amended from time to time, and shall be observed during the procurement process. For clarification of any ambiguity regarding the bidding process, bidders may visit the office of the undersigned on working days during working hours. This tender is specific to the city of Swabi in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and requires bidders to carefully follow the submission deadlines and eligibility criteria.
