Hiring of Services and Purchase of Items for CTD Bahawalnagar for Financial Year 2026-2027

CTD Bahawalnagar invites E-Bids based on Framework contract in accordance with PPRA Rules on the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from firms and contractors registered for income tax and sales tax for the hiring of services and purchase of items for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Hot & Cold POL Charges (Purchase of Lubricant) - Stationery - Electronic Communication - Payment to Others for Service Rendered - Computer Stationery - Purchase of Dietary Items / Lunch Boxes (Muharram / Chehlum Duties) - Others / Misc. Items - Repair / Replacement of Parts & Spare Parts of Vehicles & Purchase of Filters (Transport Repair) - Repair / Replacement of parts of Machinery (Machinery & Equipment Repair) - Repair of Furniture - Cost of Others Store The procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding on an item-wise basis. Bidders must submit a single package containing technical and financial bids inclusive of all taxes online via the E-Procurement (E-PADS) system before the closing date and time. The bidding documents with terms and conditions are available on the PPRA website and EPADS portal. Earnest money of 2% amounting to Rs. 99,200/- of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft in favor of DSP/District Officer CTD Bahawalnagar before bid submission deadline. The contract will be awarded to the successful bidders based on the lowest rate offered for the highest quality of items. Bidders must be registered with income and sales tax authorities and comply with all government rules. The validity of bids will be until 30 June 2027. Repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of the original procurement. Late bids will not be accepted. The E-Bid submission deadline is 17 September 2026 till 10:30 AM and the opening of bids will be on the same day at 11:00 AM. Only online submitted bids are accepted; hard copies will not be accepted unless the online bid is uploaded through the EP Procurement system.
