The Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (PITAC) invites sealed bids from reputed and renowned firms, companies, or individuals registered with the relevant food authority for hiring services to run the canteen/cafeteria at PITAC Headquarters located at 234 Ferozpur Road near Metro Canal Station, Lahore. This procurement is conducted under the National Competitive Bidding Procedure following the Public Procurement Rules 2004, using a Single Stage Two Envelope process. Items being procured: - Hiring of services for running canteen/cafeteria at PITAC HQ Lahore The scope includes providing quality food services during working days with a complete setup in Lahore and surrounding areas. The contractor is responsible for providing furniture and electrical appliances such as air conditioners and fans. The canteen must maintain standardized cleanliness and hygiene, including staff uniforms approved by PITAC. Medical fitness certificates for canteen staff and food handlers are mandatory. The contractor must ensure security clearance for personnel and maintain the premises, including minor repairs. The contract period is initially two years, extendable for one more year based on satisfactory performance. A flat rent of Rs. 15,000 per month plus utility charges will be paid by the contractor. Eligibility criteria require firms to have relevant experience, be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR, and submit a refundable bid security of Rs. 50,000. Technical evaluation will precede financial bid opening. The evaluation includes experience, client base, financial position, and quality of service. The successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee of Rs. 75,000. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Federal PPRA EPADS portal before the deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted.
