Hiring of Services and Supply of Equipment, Stationery, Furniture, and Traditional Items by Directorate of Tourism & Culture Gilgit-Baltistan

The Directorate of Tourism & Culture Gilgit-Baltistan invites bids from potential firms and companies registered with SECP or any other authorized government authority for the hiring of services, supply, and procurement of various items and services for the financial year 2026-2027 under its regular and development budget. Items being procured: - Printing and Supply of Promotional Material - Purchase of Equipment - Repair and Supply of Vehicle Spare Parts - Supply of Stationary Items - Supply of Furniture and Fixture - Supply of Traditional Items and Dry Fruits - Supply of Miscellaneous and Other Items The procurement covers a diverse range of goods and services including promotional printing materials, office equipment, vehicle spare parts, stationery, furniture, traditional items, and other miscellaneous supplies. Bidders must be reputable and experienced, providing documentary proof of relevant experience. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 39(b) of GB PPRA Rules, 2022, where financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened. Tender documents can be obtained from the Office of the Director Tourism & Culture GB, Shah Rah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Opposite Supreme Appellate Court, Jutial, Gilgit during office hours (08:30 AM to 04:30 PM) until 14th October 2026. Completed bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 14th October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of participating firms' representatives. Firms involved in vehicle repair/spare parts, office stationery, promotional material printing/supply, and office equipment must have their own relevant shop or business premises. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or cancel the entire tender in accordance with GB PPRA Rules, 2022.
