Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites bids from Contractors/Firms/Companies approved by the Govt. of the Punjab for sweeping of roads, footpath, greenbelts and solid waste collection, lifting and disposal at Govt. approved Landfill site (Kotlighat) for Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kotlighat Lahore. Items being procured: - Sweeping of Roads - Sweeping of Footpath - Sweeping of Greenbelts - Solid Waste Collection - Lifting & Disposal at Govt. approved Landfill site The scope includes regular cleaning and waste management services at the industrial estate. Bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and PRA having a valid Tax Payers list. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed PPRA Rules 2014 Single Stage One Envelope basis. Earnest Money/ Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order amounting to Rs. 432,000/- in favor of PIEDMC must be submitted with the bids. Bids without the required security will be rejected. The procurement process will be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope Bids with complete conformity to PPRA Rules 2014. Bids shall be submitted on or before 03:00 PM on the closing date and will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
