Hiring of Firm for Supply of Skilled Persons for Operation and Maintenance of Sub Station, Workshop, Water Pre-Treatment Plant and Intake at River Indus TPS Jamshoro

Genco Holding Company Limited Jamshoro Power Company Limited (Genco-I) invites bids for hiring a firm or contractor for the supply of skilled persons for operation and maintenance (O&M) of critical infrastructure at their Thermal Power Station in Jamshoro, Sindh. This tender is specifically for the operation and maintenance of four key facilities: (1) 11/6.6KV Sub Station, (2) Workshop, (3) Water Pre-Treatment Plant, and (4) Intake at River Indus TPS, Jamshoro. Items being procured: - Skilled persons for operation and maintenance of 11/6.6KV Sub Station - Skilled persons for operation and maintenance of Workshop - Skilled persons for operation and maintenance of Water Pre-Treatment Plant - Skilled persons for operation and maintenance of Intake at River Indus TPS The scope covers the provision of qualified and experienced personnel capable of managing and maintaining electrical substation equipment, workshop machinery, water treatment processes, and intake systems at the power plant site. The contractor must ensure continuous and efficient operation, preventive maintenance, and timely troubleshooting to avoid downtime. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The bidding process follows the Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure as per PPRA rules, with evaluation based on Least Cost Based Selection to identify the Most Advantageous Proposer/Bidder. The bid security is set at 5% of the quoted bid, and bids must remain valid for 90 days after proposal opening. The bid submission deadline is on or before 11:00 AM on 30th July 2026, with electronic submission through the EPAD system. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
