Hiring of SMD Display Screens, Professional Line Array Sound System and Live Video Production Services for Two Days of Convocation Event

Items being procured: - Main SMD Screen: Approximately 40 ft. × 15 ft., P3.9 or better pixel pitch, supporting simultaneous live camera feeds and visual content - Complete Professional Line Array Sound System: Suitable for outdoor audience of 1,200–1,300 persons, including line array speakers, subwoofers, stage monitors, microphones (head-table, podium, wireless handheld and headgear), amplifiers, mixing console, and accessories - Live Video Coverage: Two professional video cameras with tripods and elevated platforms, dedicated operators, video switcher/production console, event recording with editing - Side SMD Screens: Two screens approx. 18 ft. × 14 ft., P3.9 or better pixel pitch, mounted on trussing or platforms with video processing and signal distribution The vendor will be responsible for transportation, installation, configuration, integration, operation, testing, maintenance, and removal of all equipment, including qualified technical staff for sound engineering, LED technicians, camera operators, and video production personnel. Advance installation and demonstration will be conducted before each event date for approval. Backup arrangements and safety compliance for all equipment and structures are mandatory. Eligibility requires registration on EPADS, active taxpayer status, non-blacklisting, and proven experience with similar contracts.
