Hiring of Tax Consultant Services

The Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), based in Lahore, Punjab, is procuring professional Tax Consultancy Services on a monthly retainer basis. This procurement is aimed at engaging a qualified tax consultant to handle Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, FED, Excise, and Custom Duty matters for the financial year. The scope includes advisory services on tax laws, preparation and filing of tax returns, obtaining tax exemption certificates, representation before tax authorities and courts, and timely feedback on changes in tax regulations. The consultant must have a valid practice license from ICAP or Tax Bar Associations, be registered with FBR, and be on the Active Taxpayer List. A minimum of 15 years of establishment as a tax consultancy firm and at least 5 years of experience handling tax matters for public sector or government entities is required. The consultant must maintain an office in Lahore and provide a certificate of non-blacklisting. The submission deadline for sealed technical and financial proposals is 19th June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with public opening at 11:30 AM at the ETPB headquarters, 9-Court Street, Lahore. Bidders must submit separate sealed envelopes for technical and financial proposals, including a 2% bid security in the form of CDR or Pay Order. The contract will be awarded based on a combined quality and cost evaluation, with a validity period of 120 days.
