This pre-qualification is for a three-year open framework agreement panel to conduct tests on an as-and-when-required basis for permanent posts not under the AJK Public Service Commission purview. The department is located at the Livestock Complex near Old Domail Bridge, Muzaffarabad. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification of Testing Service Firms to conduct written recruitment tests for BPS-07 to BPS-15 posts The scope includes conducting written tests for recruitment in all districts of AJK and other agreed centers within notified timelines. Interested firms must be well-reputed, registered with SECP or public sector equivalent, have valid NTN or STRN, office premises with contact details, and key personnel with attested academic credentials. Firms must submit a signed undertaking to observe confidentiality, merit, and data protection requirements. No financial proposal or contract award is involved at this stage. Applications must be submitted in a single sealed envelope clearly marked for pre-qualification by October 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. No bid security is required.
