Hiring of Testing Agency for Recruitment in Punjab Provincial Transport Authority

The Transport & Masstransit Department Punjab invites reputed firms and testing agencies registered on Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA website to provide testing services for recruitment in the Punjab Provincial Transport Authority, Lahore. The department seeks to engage the best human resource in an efficient, transparent, merit-based, fair, and reliable manner. The applicant firm must have valid registration with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, be an active taxpayer on the FBR active taxpayer list, and registered with Punjab Revenue Authority. The firm/testing agency must not be blacklisted or involved in litigation with any public or private institution. Interested firms must comply with the evaluation criteria in the bidding documents. Items being procured: - Hiring of Testing Agency for Recruitment of Staff Bidding documents must be submitted through e-PADS by 12th October 2026 at 11:00 am. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives in the Committee Room of the Transport & Masstransit Department, Lahore. Bid security of 2% of the expected collection amounting to Rs. 2,218,400 must be submitted as a digital bank guarantee via Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities such as CDR, pay order, or demand draft will not be accepted. The issuing bank must transmit the bank guarantee to the designated advising bank with the correct tender reference number and PSID.
