Hiring of Third-Party Services for Provision of Security Services

Punjab Seed Corporation (PSC) invites online bids from registered companies/firms for the hiring of third-party services for provision of security services under a framework contract for a period of one year from the date of award of contract in Lahore. Items being procured: - Hiring of Third-Party Services for Provision of Security Services The scope includes providing professional security services to safeguard PSC assets and premises. Bidders must submit proposals online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) before the deadline of 26th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM online with automatic intimation to bidders. Financial bid opening dates will be announced after technical bid approval. Bid security of Rs. 785,620 (2%) must be submitted online via PSID generated on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The detailed bidding document is available for download from the PPRA and PSC websites. Eligibility requires registration with FBR and ATL, and relevant experience in security services.
