Annual Services & Maintenance Contract with All Parts of Hospital Medical Equipments at Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore FY 2026-27

The SZPGMI (SZPGMI) invites bids for the Annual Services & Maintenance Contract with All Parts of Hospital Medical Equipments at Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The contract covers comprehensive maintenance and servicing of critical hospital equipment and infrastructure including Modular Operation Theatres, ICU, HDU, Angiography Machines, MRI Machines, Anesthesia Machines, Mobile C Arms, and Modular Fabricated Beds. Items being procured: - Services and maintenance contract (with all parts) of Modular ICU (7 Bed ICU with Two Cubicals) - Services and maintenance contract (with all parts) of HDU - Services and maintenance contract (with all parts) of 5 Modular Operation Theatres with related HVAC system - Services and maintenance contract (with all parts) of Angiography Machine including X-Ray Tube & Madrid Injector - Services and maintenance contract (with all parts) of Hemodynamic System - Services and maintenance contract (with all parts) of Defibrillator - Services and maintenance contract (with all parts) of 160 KVA UPS with Batteries - Services and maintenance contract (with all parts) of Laser Printer - Services and maintenance contract (with all parts) of 80 KVA UPS with Batteries - Services and maintenance contract (with all parts) of MRI Machine including Helium - Services and maintenance contract (with all parts) of MRI Compatible Monitor - Services and maintenance contract (with all parts) of Anesthesia Machines (2 Nos) - Services and maintenance contract (with all parts) of Mobile C Arms (2 Nos) - Services and maintenance contract (with all parts) of 40 Modular Fabricated Motorized Beds The scope includes replacement of damaged parts, servicing of HVAC systems, calibration, and provision of technical manuals and training certificates for engineers. The contract requires ISO certification, proof of experience, and valid distributor certificates where applicable. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by the deadline. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit is mandatory. The contract duration is 27 days for each lot with performance guarantees and liquidated damages clauses in place.
